Currently, online orders cannot be placed directly through our website.

Where shipping assistance is requested, Trade Icon Limited may coordinate and share relevant information with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, or shipping companies to facilitate the transportation of the vehicle to the destination specified by the customer. All shipping, handling, documentation, customs clearance, insurance, port charges, and related logistics costs shall be clearly communicated to the customer prior to shipment.

All applicable charges must be agreed upon in advance by both parties before any shipping arrangements are finalized. The customer shall be responsible for approving the quoted shipping, clearance costs and any relevant expenditure before the shipment process begins.

Trade Icon Limited shall not be held responsible for delays, damages, losses, or additional costs arising from the actions of third-party logistics providers, customs authorities, shipping companies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to port congestion, customs inspections, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the vehicle complies with the import laws, regulations, duties, and requirements of the destination country. Any import duties, taxes, or regulatory approvals required in the destination country shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary depending on shipping schedules, port operations, customs procedures, and other external factors.

  1. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products or services sold.

This policy allows us to maintain competitive pricing and offer a wide selection of vehicles.

  1. Vehicle Inspection and Condition

All vehicles undergo thorough inspections to check for scratches, damages, dents, mechanical issues, or other defects before being offered for sale.

We maintain strict quality control standards and invest significant time in inspecting, preparing, and testing each vehicle prior to shipment.

Trade Icon Limited shall not be held responsible for damages, losses, or additional costs arising from the actions of third-party logistics providers, customs authorities, shipping companies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to port congestion, customs inspections, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.

After we complete the delivery obligation in line with the contract and as per agreed upon, the customer shall bear all the responsibilities and risks of the vehicles, including but not limited to, customs clearance at the port of destination, demurrage, fines, etc. All the expenses, costs, liabilities, damage, and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the customer.

  1. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to update, modify, replace, or remove information on the website at any time without prior notice.

While we aim to ensure that all descriptions and images are accurate, slight variations may occur due to technical or publishing limitations.

Although we strive to maintain a secure and reliable website, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be free from technical errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
